This guide shows you how you can send a link to your customer, where they can update their payment card
First, go to your Reepay Dashboard and select Customers in the menu on the left side.
Then your search for the customer where you would like the payment card changed:
When you have clicked on the customer, you choose the plan where you would like to Manage Subscriptions:
When entered the 'Manage Subscriptions' this window will appear:
Go to the lower right corner and copy the link saying "EDIT BILLING INFORMATION URL"
The link can then be copied to an email and send to the customer.
The customers will see this payment window for changing payment card when they open the link:
